History

In 1984 two men had a dream
to form a company, design state-of-the-art underwater communication
systems and market the products throughout the world. Without
financial backing, they both rolled up their sleeves and got
busy. It did not take long before the products became
the bench mark and the number one choice for serious users.
The two men were Michael R. Pelissier and Jerry M. Peck. |

Undersea Systems International,
Inc., doing business as Ocean Technology Systems (OTS) employs
60+ associates and has grown every year since inception.
The attitude to provide the highest quality products at a fair
price and ensure the customer comes first, is a policy that will
ensure OTS stays number one in the underwater communications
field.
OTS is a Southern California
Corporation privately owned with Michael R. Pelissier owning
50% of the stock and Jerry Peck owning the remainder. Jerry
Peck is the Chairman of the Board and Michael R. Pelissier is
the President and CEO. |

products with underwater communications being the primary products.
The other products include: earphone/microphone assemblies, adapters,
connectors, communication rope, full face masks, mouth mask,
battery chargers, batteries, transducers, tee shirts, and many
other items
