Receptionist
Melissa has a wealth of knowledge working in an office setting. While working for 8 years at her past employer, Anaheim Family YMCA, Melissa enjoyed her tasks as an accounts payable specialist and is excited to take on a new role as receptionist as well as learning the A/R system here at OTS. Melissa obtained a Bachelors degree from California State Fullerton, University in 2008 and will be going back to school to pursue a degree in Accounting/Finance. While not working, Melissa loves to spend time w/ her family and to stay active; whether it’s playing volleyball, tennis or pumping iron at her local 24hr Fitness.

Sandra Toscano
Human Resources
Sandra brings 6+ years in the HR / Corporate Recruiting field. She’s worked in a variety industries from IT HR consulting, Security, Dental, and Manufacturing. 3 years in Banking and Loans with 2 years as an Operations Manager in retail.
Sandra keeps an active life style by participating in Indoor Volleyball and team Salsa Dancing. She enjoys adventurous activities like hiking, zip lining, and snorkeling. Her goal is to sky dive, scuba dive, and hang glide in the near future.
