Howard Hall
Howard
Hall has been busy doing what he does best, making films. Howard
explains what he is doing, "In the photos, I'm using OTS
Communications to discuss equipment requirements for our next
shot. We usually have lights, tripod, weights and more on the
bottom. I can call for what I want. If we don't have it down
already, it's sent down from the boat. Once set up, I use OTS
voice communications to direct the action".

Movies
OTS has built many custom communication
systems for Howard. Actually, Howard was the first to use our
LAR-5 Special Warfare Adapter. It started out as an adapter for
Howard, Bob and Mark's MK-15.5 rebreathers. |

DEEP
SEA
The
Deep Sea is moored in Huntington Harbor, California. It is owned
by Mike Pelissier. The comfortable 36' boat is setup for 12 divers
with enough tank racks to hold 26 scuba bottles. The cabin
was custom designed with a large table making it easy for a director
or tender to organise surface support equipment (i.e. monitors,
recording decks, radios, eta.). Mike was asked, why did you buy
a dive boat for a personal boat? Mike: "I like diving."
"If you look around at my neighbours boats, you see lots
of boats setup for fishing, rocket launchers, out riggers, down
riggers, eta., - they like fishing, I like diving."
Mike's
goal is to invite serious dealers who want to try underwater
communications on a pleasure dive. Mike also has an open invitation
to Search & Rescue Teams or Professional Organisations who
would like to enjoy a day of underwater communications diving".
"A day of diving beats being at the office!" |
