Congratulations on your purchase of a State-of-the-Art Ocean Technology Systems (OTS) component. This item is warranted against defects in materials, workmanship, and Labor for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any parts(s) that prove to our satisfaction to have been defective, and that have not been misused or carelessly handled. The complete unit and/or part must be returned to our factory, transportation charges prepaid. Call OTS first and talk to our repair department (714) 754-7848 (ext 131). They will give you an RMA number which needs to be put on the shipping container. OTS reserve the right to decline responsibility where repairs have been made or attempted by other then an OTS factory-trained service center or a properly trained OTS technician. Any item with a tampered or altered serial number will be void of warranty. In no event shall OTS be liable for consequential damages. This limited warranty card must be completely filled out and returned to OTS with ten (10) days from time of purchase or we have the right to void the warranty.
