Business Development Manager Worldwide

Peter Greenwell started his career with OTS in 2021 and today Peter is responsible for business development worldwide across all categories and sales channels.

Peter has over 20 years experience in the global scuba industry. Previously to joining OTS, Peter held senior management positions with Apeks and Aqua Lung America, having re-located with his wife to the US from England.

In Peter’s free time he enjoys Scuba Diving, Paddle boarding and following his football team, Spurs.

Head of East Coast Regional Sales

Joseph Toth started his career with OTS in 2021 in the Sales Department and is responsible for East Coast Sales including Public Safety, Commercial, Dive Shops, and Military.

Previously to joining OTS Joe served a 30-year career with the US Coast Guard retiring as Chief Warrant Officer Diver Specialty (CWO4) completing his final tour at Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City Florida. Joe completed tours as a diver in Guam, San Diego, and Panama City working with numerous DOD, DHS, and Local Government Agencies. In his last tour Joe conducted annually the only DOD Cold Water Ice Diving Training Course, a 12 Day course designed to teach military divers the basic, advanced knowledge and techniques needed for operating and diving in this austere environment.

When Joe’s away from the office he enjoys time with family, and as much possible enjoying the amazing dive opportunities that Florida has to offer.

International Sales Representative

Dennis Sakamoto has been with OTS since 2010 and has served various roles in the business including service supervisor, purchasing/buyer, and presently International Sales. Dennis is responsible for assisting customers in the international market as well as assisting with demos and training in the U.S. Prior to OTS Dennis has experience in Sales and the Construction Industry.

In Dennis’ free time he enjoys spending time with his family which usually includes supporting one of his three children at a sporting event. Dennis also enjoys good food and getting to know and building relationships with others.

International Sales Representative

25 plus years of diving experience to include retail sales, dive instruction, commercial diving from coast to coast and equipment sales for various equipment manufactures to include Whites Manufacturing, Huish Outdoors and Aqualung.
In my spare time I can be found diving under the water, kayaking on top of it, or tracking down good live music to enjoy.

Sales Assistant & Training Coordinator

Amie Litzinger is one of our Sales assistant and is also Training Coordinator. Amie focuses most of her time in recruiting for technician classes as well as coordinating the behind the scenes needs for our technician classes. Her additional responsibilities include travel arrangements and trade show coordinating.

In Amie’s free time she enjoys watching movies, going to concerts, reading, and spending time with her family which often includes being at a hockey game supporting her son.

Marketing

Andy Nelson started his career with OTS in 2013 in the Sales Department. Today Andy is responsible for Marketing and assisting with training needs as they come. His role focuses on growing brand awareness, managing social media accounts, making educational and visual resources, and overlooking select Film & T.V. customers. In addition to the role Andy plays in Marketing & Training he also serves on the product development and test diving team at OTS.

Previously to joining OTS Andy served with the 101st Airborne as an Infantryman for 4 years and served in Iraq for 13 months. Andy also served as a Combat Engineer in the Army Reserve for 2 years. Joining the family business, Andy is married to Renee Pelissier Nelson – President and son-in-law to Mike Pelissier – OTS Founder.

In Andy’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family, being a dad, and doing outdoor activities such as bow fishing, competitive shooting, hunting, and working out.

Training Director

John Hott is Director of Training for Ocean Technology Systems. After serving with the US Army in Military Intelligence, John spent 14 years in Law Enforcement—rising to the rank of Sergeant. John’s role at OTS also spans to product development and customer relations.

As the OTS Training Director, he has also certified over 2900 Interspiro Service Technicians, 1400 Guardian Service Technicians and conducts familiarization training on full face masks and underwater communications. John has been an avid diver since 1975, is a certified Dive Master, and carries certifications from YMCA, NAUI, TDI, and PADI. John has been with OTS for over 17 years.

In John’s free time he enjoys SCUBA diving, hunting, and his joint business venture offering helicopter tours in Florida.

Andrea is our Accounts Payable specialist. She has over 20 years of experience in Accounts Payable roles. She is responsible for handling vendor payments. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys country dancing and spending time at Disneyland.

Service & Specials Supervisor

Erica is our Service Supervisor. Erica is responsible for the day-to-day of the department ensuring that customers with service or repair needs are helped. In addition to supervising the Service Department, Erica also oversees the Specials Department. Prior to OTS Erica has 10+ years in customer service. Erica is currently going to school for Political Science and hopes to be a judge some day.

In Erica’s free time she likes to run, travel and is an avid football fan (her favorite team being the Oakland Raiders).
