Renee Pelissier Nelson started her career at OTS in the Sales Department as the Recreational Sales Rep in 2010. During her time in this role she worked to refine the way OTS did business with their customers and put in motion programs and policies which are used today. During this time she spent five years in the field with customers building relationships and expanding territories. In 2015 Renee became Operations Manager where she worked to build a strong leadership team and refine process at OTS. Currently, Renee serves as President and continues to play an active role in all departments. She is passionate about team growth and continues to drive OTS to be the best it can be for their employees and customers. 

Renee’s previous experience includes artist development and marketing for Sony Music Entertainment, freelance writing for various magazines, and teaching piano. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BA in Journalism focusing on photojournalism and public relations and a minor in music Renee is the daughter of founder Michael Pelissier and is married to Andy Nelson who works in Marketing at OTS.

Outside of the grind Renee’s interests include spending time with her family, traveling the world, photography, music, the beach, and shooting.
